Farberware Seasoning Sticks season from the inside out

The Farberware Seasoning Sticks feature a clasping design that allows them to be filled with herbs and spices. Small perforations allow the aromatics to infuse meat and poultry while cooking.

There's a scene from a movie, the title of which escapes me (it might be Arnold Soboloff's character, Acupuncture Man, from Mel Brook's "Silent Movie"), in which the character emerges from an acupuncturist literally covered head to toe in needles and pins (certainly seems like 1976 humor.) Keep that image in mind. Now apply it to your Thanksgiving turkey. Except instead of humorous intent, imagine a whole lot of deliciousness.

The Farberware Seasoning Sticks have their own back story, but the real meat of the matter is what they can do. Designed to pierce roasts and poultry, the seasoning sticks can be filled with herbs and spices, imparting flavor as the food cooks. After the cooking is done, the device is removed and the aromatics then get discarded.

Using the seasoning tool is as easy as passively watching a movie. Evenly spaced perforations allow the flavor to infuse into the food like sprocket holes advance the film. Except in this case, turkey is a good thing: delicious, flavorful turkey (or roasts) just in time for Thanksgiving. Available in large or small sizes, the easy-to-use herb infuser helps to make a well-seasoned main course that can make a lasting impression -- no sight gags necessary.
