Fan mashup pits Katniss against Jon in 'The Hunger Game of Thrones'

It's Katniss Everdeen versus Jon Snow in an epic battle to the death in this fan-made parody trailer for "The Hunger Game of Thrones," a movie we actually kind of wish was a real thing.

Winter is coming to Panem in "The Hunger Game of Thrones: Jon Snow Must Die," a new parody video from YouTube filmmaker David Elmaleh that pits District 12's Katniss Everdeen against Panem's Lord Commander Jon Snow.

The video features several scenes from both popular fantasy movie franchise "The Hunger Games" and HBO's hit medieval fantasy series "Game of Thrones," and combines them together to create a pretty impressive trailer for a movie mashup of the two franchises.

As Katniss proclaims in the clip, "Nothing good is safe while Snow is alive." You can watch the fan-made trailer in the video below.

In the clip, Katniss calls the troops to arms to march on Jon Snow in The Capitol, and unfortunately for Snow, he doesn't have a giant ice wall to keep them out.

The final entrant in the "Hunger Games" series -- "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 2" -- is set to hit theaters on November 19 in Australia, and November 20 in the US and UK. And "Game of Thrones" Season 6 is expected to land on HBO in April 2016, with or without a dead or possibly resurrected Jon Snow.
