Fallout fans can soon take a Nuka break in real life
Next month, Target will sell Nuka-Cola Quantum, a beverage featured in the Fallout series of post-apocalyptic role-playing games.
Admit it, Fallout fans. You've always wanted to try a Nuka-Cola. Well, radioactivity aside, anyway.
Come November 10, you'll be able to stock up on some real-life Nuka-Cola Quantum if you swing by your local Target. That's the same day developer Bethesda's hugely anticipated multiplatform game Fallout 4 arrives.
Made by Jones Soda and available exclusively at Target, the blue beverage could be just the thing to quench your thirst, especially if you can't get your hands on some Fallout Beer.
In the post-apocalyptic role-playing games Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas, Nuka-Cola Quantum was a rare variant of the regular Nuka-Cola drink found all over the Wasteland. It's recognizable by its icy blue color. Unlike its fictional counterpart, it may not boost your action points, but I presume it will be tasty just the same. And it probably won't make your pee glow, so that's a bonus.
The official Fallout Twitter account announced the
real-life Nuka-Cola Quantum on Thursday, with no mention of quantities and price. But you may as well start saving up some caps to buy some now.

Fallout 4 will be available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and the PC.
