Exec shake-up hits Net service provider

Novo Networks, which provides phone and Internet services, said Chief Executive Jeffrey Marcus and Chief Operating Officer Thomas McMillin have resigned. Novo's president and co-founder, Barrett Wissman, will run the company. Novo, which laid off 40 percent of its work force in March, also announced that three board members have resigned, but the company has replaced them with two new additions to the board.
