Software maker Euclid announced on Wednesday that it raised an additional $8 million in funding toward its third round.

The San Jose, Calif.-based company develops software that's designed to help businesses manage their information technology efforts, including assessing productivity and costs. Bay Partners led the round, which also included investments from Pacesetter Capital and previous investors. Euclid has raised a total of $33.3 million to date.
