Home-networking company Enikia has appointed a former Ericsson executive as its new chief executive.
Kjell Andersson, a 16-year Ericsson veteran and former chief executive of wireless company Omnipoint Technologies, replaces Bob Dillon as head of Enikia. Dillon will stay on as the company's executive vice president of corporate development. Enikia is building technology that will allow consumers to connect their PCs and other electronic devices together and to the Internet simply by plugging the devices into power outlets.
