eIntelligence snags $8 million
eIntelligence has received an $8 million second round of financing led by Commonwealth Capital Ventures. Other investors included Brightstone Capital, Barnard, Discovery Ventures and previous investor JMI Equity Fund. eIntelligence has raised a total of $13.3 million and increased its valuation by 50 percent in the latest round, a company representative said. The Minneapolis-based company develops software that allows companies to collect data throughout their organization, analyze the information, and create "what if" scenarios designed to help executives make decisions.
