EDS, Archive ink marketplace deal
Services giant Electronic Data Systems linked arms with application service provider Archive to tackle online marketplace contracts. Under the seven-year partnership, EDS will provide integration services and data center operations for Archive, including server- and storage-networks support. EDS also made an investment in Archive. Terms were not disclosed. The companies expect the alliance to generate more than $400 million in revenue. Archive helps customers analyze and replay their business-to-business transactions in real-time.
