Leading game publisher Electronic Arts announced Thursday that it has signed a deal with Pierce Brosnan, star of the last few James Bond movies, to use the actor's likeness in the company's upcoming Bond game.

"James Bond 007: NightFire" will go on sale late this year, around the same time as the new Bond movie, "Die Another Day," appears in theaters. The game will be based on an original story unrelated to the movie, however, continuing EA's recent move to develop original Bond titles.
