E-book companies eye small press

Reciprocal, an intellectual-property management company, and Texterity, a provider of automated digital conversion services, have launched a set of e-book services for small and midsized publishers. The two companies will convert and package content with a digital rights management technology, allowing works to be securely published on the Web. In addition, publishers that have Web sites without commerce features will be able to sell their content online.
