The Hemisphere Measuring Cups are perfectly rounded and come with a rubber trivet so they remain steady on the counter while you're working with them. Simply setting them on a counter is less than ideal because the cups can easily turn over. They are made from 18/10 stainless steel and can safely go through the dishwasher, although their shape makes them easy to clean by hand as well.
