Apple to widespread complaints about scratched and broken LCD screens on the new iPod Nano. Reasonably, the company said it will replace any defective Nano. Not so compassionately, Apple's senior VP of worldwide marketing said if you don't want scratches, buy a case. Now that's marketing!
