Back in the 1990s, a 16-bit version of NBA starwas easy to come by in hot games of the time like NBA Jam or NBA Live for the Super Nintendo and other consoles. Now, after a decade or more hiatus, the "Worm" is finally back in low-res, but this time he's playing for a new team -- North Korea.
Moneyhorse Games, which popped up a little over a week ago, and could just be one guy in his basement for all we know, has put out a teaser for its latest (and apparently only) game, Glorious Leader.
In the style of many a scrolling shooter from the decades of my youth, the game features North Korean leader Kim Jong Un and Rodman as his sidekick as they take on the entire United States Army over the course of seven levels. Oh yeah, and for some reason, Kim can also ride a unicorn in the game.
You can check out the trailer and some of the game play in the video below. The independent studio says it will soon be available on PC and mobile platforms. It just might be the best thing to come out of the 1990s since the 1990s.
