Dell announced on Tuesday that its Android-powered Aero handset will be available for $99 with a new two-year service agreement with AT&T. If you'd rather not sign up for a contract, the full retail price of the phone is $299.

The Aero is a quad-band GSM/EDGE phone with tri-band 850/1900/2100 UMTS/HSDPA, so it could work with T-Mobile too if you can get it unlocked. It also has Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS. Other features include a 624MHz Marvell processor, a 3.5-inch display, a 5-megapixel camera, and a microSD card slot that can take cards up to 32GB. The phone's being shipped with a 2GB card to help get you started. The Aero is available now from Dell.com, with AT&T availability soon after.
