Zombies and the Higgs Boson. It's not a combination we might have thought of, but lucky for us, Luke Thompson did — and he even made a film about it. Thompson is a PhD physics student and Decay is his first film. Shot in and around the Large Hadron Collider and staring an array of fellow students, Decay gets zombies all up in physics business with some reasonably impressive results.

It's a 76-minute film, and you can watch the whole thing below if you want, but we recommend you grab the non-YouTube version from the official site.
