Texas Instruments said Tuesday that its wireless local area network (WLAN) chips will be integrated into new products made by D-Link, the No. 2 seller of WLAN equipment in the United States. A TI spokeswoman did not comment on when D-Link's products with TI chips inside would be available for sale. TI has similar agreements with two other makers of WLAN, or 802.11, equipment. A TI spokeswoman said the first WLAN products with TI chipsets will debut in stores starting in June.
