CRM maker adds usage tools

Entellium launches updated version of its hosted customer relationship management software, adding tools meant to help companies monitor how their business applications are used by employees.

Entellium launched an updated version of its hosted customer relationship management software on Wednesday, adding a set of tools meant to help companies monitor how their business applications are being used by employees. Available for $59 per month and labeled as Pro-Activity Release 2005, the CRM software boasts tracking tools that can be used to create quotas for specific workers related to the completion of tasks such as pursuing sales opportunities or responding to customer service reports.

The company, which markets CRM software for small and medium-size businesses, claims it can help companies increase the adoption of their enterprise software systems by providing detailed information about how employees are using them. The Entellium software also offers new tools for document and report automation, in addition to an application designed to help companies predict which workers are most likely to use different pieces of its CRM system.
