Cray names head of govt. programs

Supercomputer maker Cray has named Christopher Jehn as vice president of government programs, the Seattle company said Monday. Jehn had been assistant director of national security for the Congressional Budget Office since 1998, Cray said. Government customers who need the latest in computing systems for tasks such as processing satellite images or breaking codes are a key market for supercomputer makers.
