We have a Motionize virtual kayaking coach that analyzes your motions in 3D and gives you real-time audio and visual input on data like distance per stroke, strokes per minute, stroke length, speed, pace and paddle depth. The system consists of a sensor with a dashboard mount and waterproof case; paddle sensors; and a free iOS app for displaying, tracking and monitoring activity. Members of the US Olympic kayaking team are currently using Motionize to train for the Rio games.
So how do you score a Motionize worth $499 for $0? This week's giveaway has a Twitter component, so please paddle over to our rules and read them carefully.
