The Blast ActionCam precision motion sensor from Blast Motion pairs with a GoPro to capture performance metrics such as acceleration, height, in-air rotation and hang time in tandem with recorded video. It then pairs via Bluetooth with a free iOS app to automatically personalize your video highlights with overlaid metrics.
You can use the ready-made shareable videos to measure and improve your performance, or, let's face it, just to brag. If you'd rather skip posting the video and just brag with words, you can also tout your highlights ("I just increased my vertical height to 34.2 inches," for example) via Facebook, Twitter and email with a simple touch.
