Contrary to some media reports, the Tacoma Police Department told CNET News.com on Monday that they'll likely file criminal charges in the case of the rental house trashed after an . That ad essentially said "come and get it."

The woman who owns the house had kicked her sister out in March. Nobody was living in the house when the ad was placed. The owner says her sister was too stupid to place the Craigslist ad. The sister agrees on only one thing: She did NOT place the ad. There's an unhappy history here. The sisters got mutual legal orders against one another beginning in 1998.
