Corio buys Qwest subsidiary

Corio on Monday announced that it completed its acquisition of application service provider CyberSolutions, a subsidiary of Qwest Communications. , an application service provider, said it expects the deal will increase its applications management services revenue by $25 million to $30 million in fiscal 2003. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
