Compaq to sell Ensim server software

Ensim, a company that makes software to help companies set up servers based on Microsoft products, has signed a deal under which Compaq Computer and the company will jointly sell the software, the company said. In addition, Compaq will become the preferred hardware Ensim recommends. Ensim sells management software that lets customers remotely control servers, including actions such as rebooting the computer or even installing a new operating system.
