CollabNet, a company whose site is used to host open-source and proprietary collaborative programming projects, said Tuesday it raised $9.5 million in new funding.

Participants in the series B1 investment round were Benchmark, Industry Ventures, Intel, Norwest Venture Partners and WR Hambrecht, the San Francisco-based company said.
