Coast to put funding toward software

Coast Software received a first round of funding of nearly $3.2 million from lead investor Bank of Montreal Capital, as well as from RoyNat Capital and Capital Alliance Ventures. The company, based in Ottawa, plans to use the funds to further develop its software that tests and analyzes errors on Web sites.
