CNN, CNET News Sites Voted Best of '95

Internet users responding to a NewsLink straw poll have chosen broadcast network sites CNN Interactive and CNET: The Computer Network as their top two favorite sources for news on the Net.

The voting took place over a one-month period and involved over 10,000 Web users who had the opportunity to choose among 25 sites. Write-ins were also accepted.

Rounding out the top five are USA Today, Boston.com, and Nando Times. Top vote-getters among the write-in candidates are Academe This Week and RealAudio. The complete list of winners and vote totals is available at the NewsLink Web site.
