BlackBerrys are broken, TVs are melting, and hackers are hacking -- it's all going wrong in the world of technology.

BlackBerrys are broken, TVs are melting, and hackers are hacking -- it's all going wrong in the world of technology. Join the CNET UK podcast team as we try and figure out why everything is going wrong, and pick out some top technology that actually works.

The big news is the failure of BlackBerry services around the world, affecting millions of users far and wide. Meanwhile certain batches of Sony TVs have been melting -- melllltingggg! -- so we've come up with some important fire-fighting tips. And a new phone is on sale today that you may have heard of; an ePhone 5 or something.

We don't just squirt our tech news and reviews into your ears, we also splash it in your eyes, so look out for our videos on the fascinating history of Nokia and the top five tablets in our videos section or on YouTube.

Our intrepid trio have picked their favourite pieces of gadget goodness. Luke presents HTC Sensation XL hands-on to Judgement Damian, our guest judge and harbinger of the technology apocalypse. Andy favours the Asus Zenbook UX31 ltrabook and Rich wants to get cheap cheap deals for your iPhone and iPad with Giffgaff.

And we take a look at this terrible week for BlackBerry, and ask if this is the end for what used to be the businessman's best friend. Long struggling to remain relevant against the iPhone and Android, BlackBerry did itself no favours with the outage, and more importantly its failure to inform people what's been happening. Is this the last straw for BlackBerry?

Finally, we turn to you, dear listener, for your thoughts from the comments or on our Facebook page. Keep your questions, comments and feedback coming!

Oh, we also did this and instantly regretted it.
