This week, we were pleased that not only had the Viacom vs YouTube court case been thrown out, but the Recording Industry Association of America was really upset. Nothing makes us happier than an irked RIAA, so we had a little chuckle at that, and agreed that this was very much a victory for common sense. Finally.
