Legislators, who go on recess tomorrow, today tackle whether to

jury's still out.
Hotmail on hot-thieves trail
In an attempt to protect users from potential password-stealing schemes,
Hotmail recently started framing sites that users access from hotlinked URLs.
Some say the practice walks the line between security and legality.
