Why should YouTube have all the fun? Today we've launched a new video homepage, making it easier to browse all the video content on CNET.co.uk, and to find a video of a particular product.
The video homepage can be reached by clicking on the new green tab marked 'Videos' at the top of every page on the site. This will show you a complete list of all the videos, with the most recent one loaded and ready for you in the player. You can also navigate the archive by product category, checking out all our videos in, for example, mobile phones, digital cameras and laptops.
Simply click the orange 'Play' button to view the video that's already selected, or choose another by clicking on the small thumbnail of the one you want to watch. It's as easy as that.
The launch also gives me an excuse to pick a few of my favourites. I like Chris Stevens on the Samsung YP-T8 MP3 player -- he'd clearly been drinking. Who could forget Rory Reid's love affair with Dell's largest ever laptop, the XPS M2010? And, if you like Star Trek, you may enjoy Andrew Lim's review of HTC's STRTrk mobile phone.
I hope you find the video archive useful. Send your comments, suggestions and any offers from Hollywood casting agents to firstname.lastname@example.org. - Michael Parsons
