A survey of cell phone users, reported on , found that 28 percent admitted to unsafe driving. That number probably sounds a bit low to most of us, but keep in mind that the survey involved voluntary responses. Next time you're on the road, keep count of how many people are driving erratically while talking, as well as how many are just driving, and come up with your own percentage.
