Hey Buzz Crew.

I think Molly is right about AT&T throttling Netflix. I was able to stream without interruption when I first signed up 6 months ago. The past month has seen the movies stopping every few seconds to buffer. Sad to say, but it's so bad I had to cancel my account. It's just not worth it.

Perhaps I can revisit the service once the whole world matures a bit...perhaps not.

Hi,

What happened to the MobiTV app?

I had bought a subscription two months ago. I got a warranty replacement on my iPhone 4 and restored from a backup of my old phone. Although the app transferred, it gave a message that I needed to repurchase, but that lead to an error message indicating that the app was withdrawn in favor of MobiNow which lacks the live channels of MobiTV. On the phone, the Mobi rep said I was out of luck and should try to get a refund through iTunes.

AT&T is still advertizing their own more expensive MobiTV service. Did they kill the iTunes app? Is this a conflict between AT&T and Apple?

Hey Buzz Crew,

I listened too yesterdays show and had some comments regarding Barnes & Nobles update of the Nook Color. I received my Nook Color as an early birthday gift (my birthday is April 26th). I was particularly jazzed about the addition of Flash support. Unfortunately, Flash seems to be practically useless, constantly freezing or having audio/video sync issues. I was able to watch yesterdays show after downloading it in a lower resolution, but watching in the browser came with constant issues. I tried other sites (CBS, Youtube) Am I missing something or is this the normal Flash/Android expierience? If so, gotta say I’m dissapointed.

As always, love the show!

Hi Guys,
I have followed your commentary on Locationgate with interest, and agree with Molly wholeheartedly.
But viewing this from a different perspective, after BT’s comment on OJ., can you imagine now if someone really WANTS to commit a crime, all they need to do before donning their skimask is leave their iphone on the other side of town for the duration of the crime.
Watertight i-alibi.
Love the show.

Dear buzz crew,
In regards bourbon and Kentucky. Real Bourbon only comes from bourbon county Kentucky like real champagne only comes from champagne France. Other wise it is just whiskey.

Dear Stephen,

We are introducing a new and improved Friendster site in the coming weeks. As part of this change, we will remove a number of social networking functions in Friendster. This includes your existing account profile, photos, messages, blogs, and shoutouts. However, your list of friends will be preserved, along with your basic profile information.
