HBO/Helen Sloan

We're at the tail end of 2016's "Game of Thrones" season, which is sad news for fans. But HBO has something the show's legions can get excited about: Season 6's season finale will clock in at a whopping 69 minutes.

That makes the episode, the length of which was reported by EW, the longest in the show's history. Most of its episodes hover around the 50 minute mark.

The penultimate episode will also be longer than most, running for 60 minutes, the publication reports. Below you'll find the episode names, but be warned, spoilers abound:

  • Episode 9: "The Battle of the Bastards"
  • Episode 10: "The Winds of Winter"
