Remember the BlackBerry Q10 announced at the start of this year? Well it turns out it wasn't just an hallucination and it's coming to Australia at the start of July.

The phone harkens back to the original design aesthetic of BlackBerry phones and has the largest touchscreen that BlackBerry has put on a QWERTY phone.

The Q10 will arrive on Optus first, with Telstra following on 2 July. It will also be available outright from JB Hi-Fi and Harvey Norman.

No pricing has been announced for either the plans or outright purchase but BlackBerry expects "competitive pricing plans" from the two carriers.
