The iPad Mini with Retina Display may look a lot like the original iPad Mini, but it's a tad thicker and has a second microphone on the back that none of the leaked specs revealed.
The result of those small design differences is that many of the existing iPad Mini cases don't fit the Retina version, and case makers have had to scramble to make new, slightly modified versions of their existing cases. It's taken them a little while to do that, so in the early going we're seeing fewer case options for the Mini Retina than the iPad Air.
That's quickly changing and we should see a lot more new cases for the Mini Retina in early 2014. As always, we'll be updating this list as worthy products come in. And feel free to suggest your own favorites in the comments section.
