Bacon-scented underwear, for your own personal strip show

What's shakin', bacon? Wear these skivvies that smell like pork if you dare, though you should probably avoid them if you're a mail carrier, zookeeper, veterinarian or dog catcher.

Stop and smell the bacon-scented underpants. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

J&D's Foods

Ever woken up next to that special someone only to be disappointed they didn't smell of bacon, that meat so few of us can resist?

I can only presume that's the thinking behind J&D Foods' new offering, bacon-scented underwear, a product the retailer of bacon-flavored goods gleefully announced on Tuesday.

"Marrying the ultimate in comfort and cured meat, J&D's bacon-scented underwear represents the gold standard of meat-scented luxury undergarments," the company says. "Each pair is handcrafted in the USA to offer the support of briefs, the freedom of boxers and the smell of breakfast cooking in your pants. You really can have it all."

Smoky-delicious underwear shouldn't come as too much of a surprise. The Internet has decreed that everything must smell or taste of bacon these days, from seaweed to athletic trophies to alarm clocks. Pork-loving singles can even meet on a bacon-focused dating app.

The underwear comes in men's and women's styles and is now available for $20 a pair (approximately £15, AU$30), plus $6.95 for shipping within the US, or $10.95 (about £7, AU$15) for international shipping.

Just be sure not to put them on around dogs or other animals who may get a hankering to destroy your bacon-scented parts.
