Vodafone has announced that from 14 August, it will offer Huawei's MediaPad 10 Link 4G on plan as a network exclusive.

The MediaPad 10 will be the first Category 4 long-term evolution (LTE) tablet in Australia. A device using the Category 4 equipment profile can achieve theoretical downloads speeds of 150Mbps, although, as always, this speed can be affected by many factors, including traffic congestion.
The MediaPad 10 runs Android 4.1, and has a quad-core processor running at 1.5GHz. The 10.1-inch screen has a 1280x800 resolution, and the tablet weighs in at 640g.
Vodafone will offer the tablet on three different plans:
AU$35 Tablet Plan, over 24 months with 2.5GB per month
AU$45 Tablet Plan, over 24 months with 4GB per month
AU$60 Tablet Plan, over 24 months with 8GB per month
Vodafone offers its 4G network across "2x 20MHz contiguous spectrum" in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide.
