Fans of pandas, kung-fu and/or World of Warcraft should be clearing their Tuesday evening schedule, as local servers for the Mists of Pandaria will go live at 5pm AEST on 25 September.

The fourth expansion pack for the all-conquering MMO once again opens up a new continent for players to explore, as well as a new playable race. In a slight twist on the traditional races, the Pandarans are faction-neutral for the first 10 levels of play, before choosing to side with either Alliance or Horde.

The expansion pack will be available at retail from 9am on 25 September. The full list of times for the Australian and New Zealand launch, according to an official Battle.net forum post, are:

  • New Zealand Standard Time: 7pm

  • Australian Eastern Standard Time: 5pm

  • Australian Central Standard Time: 4pm

  • Australian Western Standard Time: 3pm
