ATI hands out low-cost graphics card

Graphics chipmaker ATI Technologies on Monday announced the release of the All-in-Wonder VE, a budget-priced multimedia card based on the company's older Radeon 7500 graphics processor. The PC graphics card includes a TV tuner, software for video recording and DVD playback, and other multimedia features. The card sells for $129 and installs in PCs using a PCI connection slot.
