AT&T's wholly owned prepaid carrier Aio Wireless is now offering the iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C.

The company on Friday started letting customers order Apple's new handsets online and in stores. The iPhone 5C starts at $549.99, while customers who want the iPhone 5S can get their hands on that device for a starting price of $649.99.

Aio launched in the US in May. Since the company is owned by AT&T, its service extends across the country, and includes both 4G and LTE coverage. Aio has 240 stores operating in the US.

That AT&T's prepaid carrier is selling the iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C is perhaps no surprise. For years, AT&T and Apple have been partners, and prior to this announcement, Aio was selling the iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, and iPhone 5.

As of this writing, Aio Wireless has the iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C in stock. Plans start at $40 per month.
