AT&T offers work e-mail on phones

AT&T Wireless joined the growing number of U.S. wireless carriers offering ways to access office e-mail via cell phone. The wireless provider launched the service Tuesday, as part of its new "mMode" service. Most other major U.S. wireless carriers, including Sprint, VoiceStream Wireless and Cingular Wireless, already sell such a service.
