Asia Global Crossing shuffles board

Telecom carrier Asia Global Crossing announced changes to its board of directors on Tuesday. Carl Grivner, the chief operating officer of the company's parent company, Global Crossing, joined the board along with Jose Antonio Rios, president of Global Crossing International, Latin America and the Caribbean. Global Crossing Chief Executive John Legere will step down from Asia Global's board to focus more on his own troubled company, which filed for bankruptcy in January and gave a joint-majority stake to Hutchinson Whampoa and Singapore Technologies Telemedia in exchange for a $750 million investment to keep its business afloat.
