It'll take a lot to knock Lego off the throne. We put the remote-controlled hexapod battle bots to the test.
Last year, inventor Jaimie Mantzel claimed his remote-controlled hexapod robot was the best toy in the universe.
It's a big claim. We couldn't take that lying down, so we put two Attacknids to the test, through both its three-shot-kill battle and free-for-all modes.
Is it worth it? Watch our battles in the video above and judge for yourself.
Attacknids are currently available in toy stores for an RRP of AU$150, but keep your eye out for a bargain.
