A new report says Bob Mansfield, a former head of hardware engineering at Apple, is now driving Project Titan.

The Wall Street Journal says that Bob Mansfield is the new head of Apple's rumored car project, known as Project Titan. Mansfield is not new to Apple. He was in charge of hardware engineering when Apple introduced products like the iPad and MacBook Air. Of course, Apple has not confirmed this news. Bob doesn't even have a biography on right now.
