Apple issues Security Update 2003-11-04

Apple has posted a Mac OS X 10.3 Security Update, marked 2003-11-04. According to Software Update:

"Security Update 2003-11-04 addresses a potential vulnerability with the Terminal application in Mac OS X v10.3 and Mac OS X Server v10.3 that could allow unauthorized access to a system."

Some readers have reported problems with installation during the "expanding and verifying" phase.
