Time Warner's America Online unit and online yellow page service Switchboard said they restructured their partnership and extended it to December 2005.

AOL will pay $4.8 million a year to offer Switchboard's yellow page listings on its online service. The companies will jointly sell advertising and share revenue generated by their efforts. Previously, AOL exclusively sold advertising on AOL Yellow Pages and shared revenue with Switchboard.
