Another iPod patent in trouble?

With all of the noise over this iPod patent, the Seattle Post-Intelligencer has noted that another iPod patent could be in trouble.

In June, a patent examiner issued a non-final ruling against Apple in its attempt to patent the iPod Scroll Wheel design. The examiner sited two earlier patents as part of the determination.
