Microsoft might feel that your voice, telling the Kinect what to do, isn't enough for movie and television lovers, if a new leak is to be believed.

Amazon's Canadian storefront on Thursday temporarily published a preorder page for an Xbox One Media Remote, Engadget is reporting, citing posts made on Reddit and a Google cache page. The listing, which was quickly taken down, showed a small, black remote featuring the familiar Xbox One "X" at the top and several buttons.

That Microsoft is planning to launch a remote to control the Xbox One might come as a surprise for current owners. The device has been designed to rely on the Xbox One's voice recognition to handle all activities. Current Xbox One owners can turn the device on with voice commands, boot up movies, and continue directing the Xbox One while watching a film.

According to the posting, the Xbox One Media Remote will be available for C$24.99 (about $22.69) when it launches on March 4.

CNET has contacted Microsoft for comment. We will update this story when we have more information.
