Amazon.com has quietly begun selling sex toys under a new heading called Sex & Sensuality. The sex shop, which offers more than 9,000 varieties of vibrators, was called out this week by the Financial Times.

The paper said Amazon is selling the merchandise through its third-party retailer business, which also operates online stores for Toys-R-Us and Target. The Amazon red light district is hard to find though. It's buried in the new Health & Personal Care section of the site.

Amazon gives items like the Vibratex Rabbit Habit Vibrator the same treatment as other kinds of merchandise, with user reviews and lists of related items. Watch out. It might just be too much information for you.
