Virtual reality is going everywhere, including on roller coasters and the world of porn.

We're devoting the entire segment today to virtual reality. First up, we look at our London reporter Katie Collins' experience on the Galactica, the world's first VR roller coaster, out in the Alton Towers theme park in North England.

And yes, that's adding virtual reality elements to an actual roller coaster that shoots you up, down and all around. We share our thoughts about it.

Then there's porn. We try to keep a straight face as we talk about Pornhub's plans to offer free 360-degree porn video, which you can watch with a VR helmet.

The 3:59 gives you bite-size news and analysis about the top stories of the day, brought to you by CNET Executive Editor Roger Cheng and CNET Senior Writer Ben Fox Rubin.
